I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of town. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to provide me with information about the local area. The room was clean and comfortable, with top-quality linen and towels. The hotel is located in the old part of town, near the port, which gave it a unique charm and provided a nice view from my room. The breakfast was lavish and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. Additionally, the prices for both the bar and the restaurant were very reasonable, offering good local food at modest prices.
No improvements needed - everything was great!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, as it was centrally located and close to the seafront. It made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy walks along the coast. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with great information on restaurants and sights in the area. the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and we loved the fact that it overlooked the navy piers.
One aspect that we didn't enjoy was the difficulty in communicating with the hotel by phone. We tried to book our rooms over the phone but it was not possible, which was frustrating.

This hotel offers great value for money, providing top quality rooms with attention to detail. The old-fashioned decor adds character, and the linen and towels are of excellent quality. I particularly loved the rooms with a view of the naval port, with their sloping ceilings and comfy sofas. The location in the old part of town, next to the seafront, is perfect for exploring and enjoying the maritime atmosphere. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the breakfast is lavish and delicious.
All aspects were satisfactory and exceeded expectations.

We were close to the shopping streets full of restaurants and cafes, and the seafront was only a short walk away, perfect for starting the Camino. Our room had an excellent selection of gluten-free food at breakfast and fantastic tapas at the bar. the public areas were stunning and well-maintained.
Limited views from some of the rooms.
